Kiru is a cyber cat, a digital stray. It is a hybrid educational trail to promote the digital maturity of young people. The educational trail is an experimental prototype with six themes at the Dynamo youth culture centre in Zurich.‍
I explored the question of the right media format for teaching digital maturity in the theoretical section. The findings lead to this educational trail. It is analogue and digital, just as hybrid as the world in which young people live. It is also an informal learning environment that uses gamification elements and augmented reality parts to promote motivation to learn outside of school.
