Kinetic Fonts

The starting point for this work is the Kinetic Fonts manifesto. The definition developed therein originated from the theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis and was refined through feedback from the type scene. Kinetic fonts are a category within typography in which both type design and the concept of movement are integral parts of the design process and application. The exhibition shows four newly developed fonts based on different approaches and methods. They demonstrate the design possibilities that kinetic fonts open up.
